Rhiannon Whyte, CRNP joined AMS Cardiology in October 2021. She completed her undergraduate education at Grand Canyon University and received her Master's degree from Widener University in 2021. Prior to coming to AMS, Rhiannon spent 6 years as a Registered Nurse. She has experience in general medicine, emergency medicine, and has spent the last 3 years at Abington Jefferson Hospital's cardiac intensive care unit. Rhiannon uses her well-rounded medical experience to provide a full-picture approach to patient care.
Seamus Winters, PA-C is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He attended an accelerated Physician Assistant program at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where he received a Master’s degree in Health Science in 2019. He joined AMS Cardiology in 2021. In his spare time, Seamus enjoys following sports, golfing, and spending time with family.
Yuliya Velenchuk, AGACNP-BC, is a dedicated nurse practitioner originally from Ukraine but has lived in Bucks County for most of her life. She earned both her undergraduate nursing degree and her graduate certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University. Yuliya’s career began at Abington Memorial Hospital, where she worked as a cardiovascular nurse before advancing to become a nurse practitioner. Passionate about patient care, Yuliya is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Yuliya is fluent in English and Ukrainian. She embraces her multicultural background in both her professional and personal life.
Julianne Tobin, CRNP, joined AMS cardiology in September 2024. She received her undergraduate degree from West Chester University and her graduate degree from Drexel University. Prior to joining AMS Cardiology, she practiced as a nurse practitioner in Family/Internal medicine for 7 years. She worked as a registered nurse in a Hospital cardiovascular unit for over 10 years prior to obtaining her nurse practitioner license. In her spare time, Julianne enjoys cooking, road trips, and spending time with her friends and family.
