Cardiovascular Disease Specialist with a secondary specialty in Electrophysiology
Dr. McCaffrey joined AMS Cardiology in October of 2021 as a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist with a secondary specialty in Electrophysiology.
Dr. McCaffrey received his medical doctorate degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2013. Prior, he had received a BS in Physics and Mathematics at James Madison University in Virginia. A Residency in Internal Medicine was completed at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. Following his Residency Dr. McCaffrey completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and then went onto complete a fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
